Sir Issac Newton - Bible proved the world would end in 2060

Sir Isaac Newton, born 1642 and died 1727, was one of the greatest geniuses of all time, and may have had the highest I.Q of anyone in history. He is called "the father of modern science" and "the father of the industrial revolution."

Newton was also a huge believer in Christ and a Bible scholar. When read through the bible, he saw what he believed as code embedded in the bible. He spent countless years try to decipher this code. He arrived at a doomsday date of 2060 by working from verses in the Bible’s Book of Daniel, arguing the world would end 1,260 years after the AD 800 foundation of the Holy Roman Empire in Western Europe.

In conclusion, many throughout history have predicted this doomsday date and failed. Could one of the worlds greatest geniuses of all time possibly predicted the correct date. Only time will tell and is much better than the 2012 date coming in a few years from now.

  1. One of the critical aspects of future doom is population explosion. It has almost tripled in the short time that I have been on this earth and by 2050 is expected to reach 15 billion. This is more than the earth can cope with from an economic and food production point of view and could be enough to trigger a number of catastrophic events. Newton could well be the one who gets it right.
